Symptoms

When testing the connection to Microsoft SQL Server Dataservers set up with Windows Integrated authentication, and using the standard Datadirect JDBC Drivers with the following URL:

jdbc:weblogic:sqlserver://mySQLServer:1433;selectMethod=cursor;databaseName=MyDatabase;responseBuffering=adaptive

the following message is signaled:

java.sql.SQLException: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver]NTLM (type-2) Authentication was requested but the required DDJDBCAuth05.dll was not found on the path specified by the java.library.path system property.

  or

java.sql.SQLException: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver]NTLM (type-2) Authentication was requested but the required DDJDBCx64Auth05.dll was not found on the path specified by the java.library.path system property.
