Multiselect Delete Icon(X) scrolls along with cursor . (Doc ID 1469642.1)

Symptoms

On a multiselect metadata field in the Checkin item to Folio screen and Save Folio screen, the delete icon(x) moves with the as you scroll up or down with the mouse.

Changes

 Steps to reproduce the issue:

In IE7 version of browser ,
1.Create a multiselect metadata field.
2.Create an advanced Folio template.
3.Go to New folio and select Advanced Folio and select the template created in #2.
4.Click on Action - Save Changes to save the folio.
5.Folio Checkin screen is displayed and the multiselect metadata field should be visible on the screen.
6.Select a value for the multiselect metadata field, the value should be displayed next to the input box.
7.Scroll up or down with your mouse, the red 'x' stay in one place while.

This issue only shows up on IE7 .
