Goal

The goal of this document is to show how to create a separate Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c user to manage only GoldenGate instances/targets.  
Once this user account is created and the user logs in to Enterprise Manager 12c the account will only be able to see GoldenGate instances/targets assigned to it.

This document assumes GoldenGate Monitor Plug-In for Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c is fully deployed/configured and all GoldenGate instances/targets are
already discovered/promoted.
