On : 11.1.1.6.0 and above version, Content Server


There are error messages during Webcenter Content server startup and you cannot access the /cs URL

1. Start managed server UCM_server1

Due to this issue, system is down, even though the managed server is RUNNING.

Changes

 Upgrade from a previous version of Webcenter Content, or mis-configuration of Managed Attachment components.
