Running frmbld.sh Results in Error Can Not Find Libhpi.so and FRM-91111, FRM-10039 in 11g Forms Builder (Doc ID 1470896.1)

Symptoms

Note:Values and PATH location for various variables such as below has been used for Demonstration Purpose only.

 

On : 11.1.2.0.0 version, Default

When attempting to use Forms Builder (frmbld.sh)
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
 Unable to run frmbld.sh the application can not find library libhpi.so on Redhat 5.8

FRM-91111: internal error: window system startup failure

FRM-10039: Unable to start up the Form Builder


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install ofm_frmrpts_linux_11.1.2.0.0_64_disk1_1of1.zip

2. Define the environment:
i.e
DOMAIN_HOME=/oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/FRDomain
JAVA_HOME=/oracle/java/jdk1.6.0_33
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/oracle/Middleware/FR_1/lib:/oracle/Middleware/FR_1/jdk/jre/lib/i386:/.....
ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/Middleware/FR_1
ORACLE_INSTANCE=/oracle/Middleware/fr_1dev
PATH=/oracle/Middleware/FR_1/lib,/oracle/java/jdk1.6.0_33/bin:....
TNS_ADMIN=/oracle/Middleware/FR_1/network/admin

3. Run frmbld

Changes

 This is a new installation of Developer type install of FMW 11gR2
