How to add a moderation feature that would look like this:
All blogs and discussions should have link next to it that can be used to flag the content as "unsuitable".
When clicking on the link, an email should be sent to the user who posted the information indicating that the content was "unsuitable".

There should be reports available to see what contents was marked as unsuitable.
