Symptoms
OHS 10.1.3.1.0 installed from the OAS Companion CD - it is therefore OHS based on Apache 2.
When load testing an application that is hosted on a WebLogic Server, it is not possible to service more than 256 simultaneous requests.
The first 256 requests are processed without errors.
When the number of requests increases past 256, the performance begins to degrade until the application stops responding.
