Webcenter Spaces Change Language Taskflow Does Not Work When User Changes The Language At General Preferences (Doc ID 1471813.1)

Symptoms

If a user changes his language preference at General Preferences, webcenter establishes the following Cookie:

Name ORA_WEBCENTERAPP_USER_preferredLang
Value en
Host webcenter.host
Path /webcenter
Security No
Expires Sun, 03 Jun 2012 10:40:56 GMT

When this cookie is present, the Change Language Task Flow does not work. The language never changes.

If this cookie is not present, the Change Language Task Flow works fine.
