When attempting to apply a Tuxedo rolling patch, to a Tuxedo 9.1 installation, received the following errors from the patch installation script:
/path/to/directorytuxedo/bin/epifregedt: ERROR setting interface: engine/performance/monitoring: Plug-in Framework: No resources
And an error in the Tuxedo ULOG:
