WebCenter Portal Application Using pages_home Setting Returns HTTP-404 After Login (Doc ID 1473655.1)

When running the application, the user can login successfully. However after login, get an error:

HTTP-404 'Page Not Found' error.

If the same URL is entered again in the same browser session, the application displays as expected.

Upgrade to WebCenter Portal (WCP) 11.1.1.6, this worked in WCP 11.1.1.5.
