[REP-62203] When Running Reports With TIFF Images (Doc ID 1473876.1)

Symptoms

When running reports with TIFF images the reports server crashes.

REP-69 : Internal error while reading the image Invalid code encountered while decoding 2D group 4 compressed data.
REP-62203 : Internal error while reading the image Invalid code encountered while decoding 2D group 4 compressed data.

This is seen with specific images out of many as retrieved from Database.
