Symptoms

In WebLogic 10.3.6 and above when using custom JACC (Java Authorization Contract for Containers) by adding below startup arguments, issue of WLS server startup failing with "java.lang.NullPointerException" exception has been reported. When custom JACC options are disabled, WLS server starts up fine.
