Receiving errors with db operations on custom tables (Doc ID 1474759.1)

Symptoms

When working with custom tables, errors are seen in futuretense.txt such as:

[fatwire.logging.cs.db] Column id was not found in table <custom_table_name>

or

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "ID": invalid identifier
...
at COM.FutureTense.CatalogManager.F.J(y:2023)
