Symptoms
Extra Siebel parameters are not passing to the New check-in attachment iframe page. Steps to set this up where from Document 1065448.1 - How Do You Setup an Extra Metadata Field in Siebel Such That Its Value is Populated on the Managed Attachments New Check-in Page?
It is expected that as with the 10g solution, the 11g solution would also work.
