During Offline Migration With SQL*Loader Error Occurs ORA-01821: Date Format Not Recognized (Doc ID 1475082.1)

Symptoms

Using the offline migration, SQL*Loader generates an error on DATE columns

Record 49: Rejected - Error on table DBO_MT2.AGENTS, column CHANGED.
ORA-01821: date format not recognized


It seems to happen  with SMALLDATETIME from SQL Server .
