Unable To Delete Item In Workflow (Doc ID 1476716.1)

Symptoms

You are unable to delete a content item when it is in a workflow step waiting for approval. If you try to delete it, you see this error:

"Content Server Request Failure: Not possible to delete the revision "FPR.05.001". The item of content is in a step-type "Review". This type does not support the desired action for contribution"

and the item remains in the same state on the UCM Server.
