Asset "Approved and ready for publish" But Approval Queue Does Not Show The Asset (Doc ID 1478296.1)

Goal

When approving an asset for publish, it says "Approved and ready for publish". But when the publishing queue is checked for the approved asset, there are no assets in the publishing queue. This is only an issue with some assets.
