Symptoms

When trying to run a full index rebuild, it fails immediately and sits in a status of "interrupted." The UCM Server log shows:

This can happen when upgrading 10g UCM Server to 11g, using Oracle’s WebCenter Content Upgrade Assistant. The Upgrade Assistant upgrades the Database Schema.
