Running APEX Using the Embedded PL/SQL Gateway is Failing with HTTP-404 (Doc ID 1478876.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run APEX using the EPG the request fails with an HTTP-404 - page not found.

  • The EPG is running successfully: http://servername:8080/ runs without error.
  • The images are loaded and accessible in the EPG.
  • The epgstats.sql output shows that the APEX dad is correctly configured with the ANONYMOUS user.
