Symptoms

WebCenter Spaces integrated with a Single Sign-On (SSO) solution such as Windows Native Authentication (WNA) or Oracle Access Manager (OAM).

When trying to edit a Microsoft Word document from document explorer, the Microsoft Word application has started, but the Word document doesn't open.

If accessing Spaces using the non Single Sign-On port (e.g 8888), the Word document can be opened properly and edited or saved without problem.
