(Doc ID 1483275.1)
Last updated on OCTOBER 09, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Access Manager - Version 11.1.1.5.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Oracle Access Manager ( OAM ) is configured to allow only one session per user via the parameter "Maximum Number of Sessions per User".
If an user closes the browser by mistake, the OAM cookies are deleted, but a session still exists for the user in the OAM Server.
The OAM Server denies new log on attempts until either the user session is deleted by an Administrator or the session timed out.
