Symptoms

Using the Checkin.wsdl from the WsdlGenerator component, the checkin is successful, but there are problems with the weblayout and vault links on the DOC_INFO page. The Web link is missing the file extension. Clicking the link causes: "IE canot display the page".

The Native File location has the correct extension, but clicking on the link gives this error:

"Excel cannot open the file '......xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file."

On the document information page, the Document Formats (dDocFormats) listed include the proper MIME type, but also Application/unknown. The cause of the issue is the format Application/unknown.
