Changes

ISW is sensitive to changes in the named Directory Server and Active Directory targets defined in the connectors.  ISW will fail to enter a syncing state if any defined node is missing or offline.  Changes to the PDC or FSMO Role provider will force ISW administrators to work through the procedure describe in the "known issues" section of the ISW 6.0 SP1 Release notes at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E20295_01/html/e27423/bugs-limitations.htm#CJADIHCC
