Symptoms
After running Monitorstartup.exe, the program will launch, but there is a connection error when right clicking on either of the two options that have metrics assigned to them. (e.g. Process Users, click on the Metrics option, an error occurs)
The error message is :
Window title --> "Process Monitor"
Error Message : An error occurred while attempting to get metrics connection
information. Please ensure that the datasource has been configured properly.

This prevents Process reports or metrics from being run using this tool on a Windows 7 machine, even though ODBC is successfuly tested to the Database.
