Symptoms

With OHS 11g, when a protected URL is accessed, following an IP Address change on the Client, a 403 response code is sent, and the following error is logged:

[2012-08-14T11:06:55.6335+02:00] [OHS] [INCIDENT_ERROR:32] [OHS-2507] [mod_osso.c] [host_id: HOST] [host_addr: IP] [tid: tid] [user: oracle] [ecid: ecid] [rid: 0] [VirtualHost: HOST:0] Received cookie from host IP that was created for host IP.
