How to Launch WebCenter Capture Import Export Utility from CMD Line (Doc ID 1487048.1)

Goal

Are there options to run the Import Export Utility so that a zip file can be imported from the CMD line without a user having to manually login and select the zip file to import?  This will allow administrators to schedule a batch file to run and import the configurations on a specific machine without the Administrative user having to visit that machine, login to Import Export, browse to a zip file and import the file.
