Some Tree Tabs Not Appearing In The Authoring Environment. (Doc ID 1487153.1)

Goal

In Authoring environment, some default tree tabs are not appearing. Those tree tabs are not available in the tree menu. They are also not present in the Database (TreeTabs table).
How can they get back?
