WUL-928 And WUL-925 Errors When Using Webutil in Different Forms Sessions (Doc ID 1489482.1)

Symptoms

Wul-928 and Wul-925 errors occur when using webutil in different forms sessions

Errors
--------
WUL-928: Library D2kwut60.Dll Not Accessible
WUL-925: Object returned from object cache is not of type CFunc

This issue could occur in the following scenarios:

1. Running two different Forms sessions using WebUtil in the same browser causes these error messages

OR

2. You have an application where you have build two domains (TEST and PROD). Both use webutil.
When running the TEST application and then starting the PROD application the  error messages occur.
