WebCenter Forms Recognition Batches are Intermittently Stuck in RTS During Export (Doc ID 1490587.1)

  1. Using a Stored Procedure for PO Number and Line Pairing.
  2. Batches occassionally are "stuck" in RTS Export.
  3. The same batch will repeat with the same issue.
  4. There is no indication of an issue other than no invoices being exported.
  5. Processor use will be normal when examined.
  6. In order to continue processing, it is necessary to restart the RTS and change the state of the batch to 550 or 750.
