WebCenter Forms Recognition Batches are Intermittently Stuck in RTS During Export

Information in this document applies to any platform.
- Using a Stored Procedure for PO Number and Line Pairing.
- Batches occassionally are "stuck" in RTS Export.
- The same batch will repeat with the same issue.
- There is no indication of an issue other than no invoices being exported.
- Processor use will be normal when examined.
- In order to continue processing, it is necessary to restart the RTS and change the state of the batch to 550 or 750.
