Goal

Have a few questions about WCC Content Server 11.1.1.6 thumbnail creation ability without an IBR.

1. Can the functionality to create thumbnails without an Inbound Refinery (IBR) be backported to Content Server 11.1.1.5?

2. When BatchLoader is used to insert many files, where is the queue to generate thumbnails in 11.1.1.6?
When using the IBR, a number of files to convert appear in "Conversion Job Status", but where the 'queue' information is in the Content Server for thumbnail generation?

3. Can you resubmit a document and have the thumbnail be created?

4. Is there any log infomration that can be collected about creating thumbnails?
