Symptoms
Using embedded the checkout and open feature into browser application by mimicking the URL sent by the WebCenter UI. Using COAO component.
On the majority of user machines, this feature works fine. On a handful of machines, Microsoft Word fails to launch. No error is given, it just fails to launch.
Word itself works fine and have confirmed that the Checkout and Open ActiveX is installed and enabled.
All users use Office 2007 -- working and non-working
Browser is IE8
