Not All Users Are Listed In The "User Access List" Menu (Doc ID 1491216.1)

When trying to list the users in the User Access List menu, not all users defined in the LDAP store are displayed.

Expected behaviour:

All users defined in the LDAP store should be listed in order to grant them privileges on documents.
