Tuxedo GWTDOMAIN Hangs For 3-4 Seconds Sometimes (Doc ID 1491568.1)

The Tuxedo GWTDOMAIN server hangs for 3-4 seconds, It does not process any request in this period. 

From stack trace we can find below two threads that have mutex wait.
