Symptoms

The following message is signaled when an ODI version 11.1.1.5.0 Non Supervisor user assigned the TOPOLOGY ADMIN profile with Stop Agent enabled in Security Manager attempts to stop a Standalone Agent:

ERROR ODI-1440 Agent OracleDIAgent cannot be stopped by user <USER> : an unknown error occurred.
2012-03-12 09:18:32.375 ERROR java.lang.IllegalStateException: Instance is not connected to a work repository
