Details
 WebLogic Server is running 32-bit JDK on a 64-bit OS architecture
 WLS doesn't have the permission to access the directory where the performance pack lies
 The OS-used performance pack file or directory does not exist in the installation or the performance pack directory is not included in the environment variables LD_LIBRARY_PATH or PATH with which the JVM process is started
