Symptoms

While configuring Net Configuration Assistant (NETCA) against Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 11g for Enterprise User Security (EUS) integration, it fails with:

ConfigException: Could not check for the Oracle Schema: oracle.net.config.ConfigException: TNS-04411: Directory service: permission denied
