After CMU Transfer, Update Database Design is Required But Button Does Not Work (Doc ID 1493028.1)

Symptoms

You used a CMU configuration bundle to transfer Information Fields data from one UCM server to another. After import of bundle, the new fields show up correctly in Configuration Manager. You are prompted to click the 'Update Database Design' button, do so, and you see the "Update" dialog window. You click OK, but nothing seems to happen.
