RealTime publish fails immediately without any errors (Doc ID 1493927.1)

Symptoms

When starting a RealTime publish, the publish session is flagged as a failed immediately. There are no errors in the publish history.

The sites.log contains the message:

[2012-09-26 12:22:57,468] [INFO ] [http-bio-18080-exec-14] [fatwire.logging.cs.xml] Error: Could not log in batch publish system as fwadmin. Verify that xcelerate.batchuser and xcelerate.batchpass properties in futuretense_xcel.ini represent a legal user.
