Symptoms

A user has assigned the UncontrolledRW, ControlledRW, Records_user, guest, and authenticated roles. With these roles, the user should have at least Read access to the BLANK, Controlled, Public, RecordsGroup, and Uncontrolled security groups.

When this user logs in to content server and goes to the search page, the two search forms show different things for the dSecurityGroup option list. On the Expanded Form of the search page, they can only see the Controlled and Uncontrolled options in the Security Group drop down list. On the Query Builder Form of the search page, they see Public, RecordsGroup, Controlled and Uncontrolled.

The ControlledRW role had RW to Controlled, the UncontrolledRW role had RW to Uncontrolled and RW to BLANK, the Records_User had R to Public and R to RecordsGroup.

The user should be seeing all five of those security groups on both forms of the search page.
