Symptoms

JVM(s) from another host are unable to join existing cluster.

Coherence 3.7.1 cluster is using hosts running windows 2008 R2 server configured with Windows firewall.

It could be the case that JVM(s) on one physical host are able to form cluster and join cluster with NO issue. However at the same time JVM(s) from second host cannot join this existing cluster and throw errors like:
