Coherence*Web Clients are creating another Cluster while using Coherence Proxy Extend (Doc ID 1495639.1)

Symptoms

Customer is using Coherence*Web in IBM Websphere as Coherence*Extend. Coherence clients are trying to form a Cluster between the clients, which is not expected with extend clients.
