Symptoms
While accessing OWSM policies from EM 11.1.1.x [non owsm domain](wls domain---> Web Services --> Policies) by connecting to the OWSM policy domain remotely, the below error is received:
Cannot locate policy manager query/update service:
Policy manager service look up did not find a valid service due to:
Unable to connect to WS Policy manager. <oracle.wsm.policymanager.PolicyManagerException: WSM-02120: Unable to connect to the Oracle WSM Policy Manager due to the following error:javax.naming.ConfigurationException[Root exception is: java.net.MalformedURLException: t3:\\<HOST>:<PORT>]
The host name (<HOST>) and port (<PORT>) are used for example purposes only and would actually reflect the environment being used.
