Avisports sample site not displaying correctly when viewed through Remote Satellite Server (Doc ID 1495837.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the Avisports sample site through a newly created Remote Satellite Server (RSS), the results appear wrong compared to loading the same page through ContentServer. It seems that when viewing through RSS, some content is not being loaded.
