Getting user and group information from an LDAP Identity Store is failing with timeout errors.

Errors like the following are seen in the logs:



 Possibly a firewall or load balancer has been introduced between the WebLogic server and the LDAP server. Or the settings for such a firewall or load balancer have changed.
