Symptoms

The size of images in RTF output generated by Reports 11g is larger than in 10g.

Changes

The Reports have been upgraded from 10g to 11g.
Using a different character set in NLS_LANG did not make a difference.
Using another value for DPI (resolution) in the PPD file did not make a difference.
