IBR Does Not Reprocess DAM renditions On Resubmit (Doc ID 1497763.1)

Symptoms

Several images are entered into the system incorrectly and as a result did not have any DAM renditions. After updating their metadata, all attempts to resubmit in order to produce renditions did not reach the IBR.

The only way renditions are being generated are from a checkin.
