Cannot Login After Installing WCS Delivery Server (Doc ID 1499610.1)

Goal

After installing a Delivery Environment, the following login page URL returned a 404 error:

http://[hostname:port]/[context]/login

This same URL works on the Development Environment.

Is it possible to log into a delivery environment?
