Uploading Document(s) for a Selected UCM Profille Results in "Error 404--Not Found" (Doc ID 1499672.1)

Symptoms

The following error is displayed when trying to upload documents to UCM through spaces and selecting the profiles that were created in UCM:

'Error404--Not Found. From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.4.5.404 Not Found'.

Note that this issue does not occur when using the default profile.
