Is it possible to create/update blob attributes using BulkLoader? (Doc ID 1499705.1)

Goal

I am creating assets using bulk loader utility. I am able to get the values for all the attributes except for one which is of blob type. Is it possible to create / update attribute of blob type using BulkLoader utility?
