Is FrameWorkFolders Content Sorted Differently if it is Capital Vs Lowercase? (Doc ID 1499886.1)

Goal

When folder content is sorted using FrameWork Folders, the fFileName sorts Uppercase above Lowercase. Is it sorting on the Hex or HTML number value of the fFileName because orderwise the CAPS will appear before the lowercase.
